Dr. Kul Vaibhav Sharma is an Assistant Professor in School of Civil Engineering at MIT World Peace University, Pune. Dr. Kul Vaibhav Sharma has completed Ph.D. in Water Resources with specialization in Remote Sensing & GIS and M.Tech. in Urban Planning from Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur. Dr. Kul Vaibhav Sharma has completed his B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from Rajasthan Technical University Kota. Dr. Kul Vaibhav Sharma has teaching experience of 2 years and 2.5 years of industry experience. Presently he is teaching to Postgraduate and Undergraduate students for the subjects of Environment, Transportation, Internet of Things and Surveying by Remote Sensing. Dr. Kul Vaibhav Sharma is proficient in remote sensing software’s like ArcGIS, ERDAS Imagine, ENVI, ESA SNAP; 2D drafting by Auto CAD (Certified with Autodesk's User exam), Civil 3D; statistical software like Minitab, SPSS and Construction Management software like Microsoft Project, Primavera. Dr. Kul Vaibhav Sharma research feild is oriented towards remote surveying, disaster warning signals, land use / land cover identification, interpolation of Earth’s surface features, urban heat island effects, prediction of Earth’s surface bio physical parameters, active & passive remote sensing and practical applications of remote sensing using multiple soft computing skills. He has published 11 research papers in Peer Reviewed International Journals, 2 Book chapters and presented 7 papers in International conference.
